Delivery Information:

• Delivery Starts: In compliance with seasonal harvesting and government guidance, mango delivery dates will be announced before dispatch begins.
• Nationwide Home Delivery: For customers inside Dhaka, home delivery is completed within 24 to 48 hours of harvesting. For customers outside Dhaka, delivery may take slightly longer depending on the distance.
• Priority-Based Dispatch: Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive your delivery sequentially based on your booking date.
• Free Delivery: The delivery charge will be included in the product's final price. No extra delivery fee is applicable once the final price is announced.
• Special Precaution: Since these are completely chemical-free fresh fruits, please ensure you receive the package as soon as our delivery personnel contacts you. Any delay might compromise the quality due to the summer heat.

Payment Information:

• Advance Payment Required: To confirm your order after pricing is announced, the full amount must be paid in advance. Your order will only be considered final once the payment is verified.
• No Cash on Delivery (COD): COD facilities are strictly unavailable for fresh seasonal fruit pre-orders.
• Refund Policy: In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver a successfully paid order, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer.
